- Camera and Photos: The App requires access to your device's camera to photograph business cards. Business card photos are securely stored in your account (via Google Firebase) so you can view them later from your contact list. Only you can access your stored images, and you can request deletion of your account and photos at any time.
- User-Generated Content: We store the contact data extracted from business cards (names, emails, phone numbers, companies) and the contextual notes you add (e.g., where you met someone) to build your digital network.
- Payment Information: If you purchase a Pro subscription or lifetime access, your payment is processed by RevenueCat and Google Play. We do not collect or store your credit card or billing details directly. We receive only a confirmation of your purchase status (e.g., active or expired) to unlock Pro features in the App.
3. How We Use Artificial Intelligence
To provide our core service, the App utilizes Google Gemini AI to analyze the photos of business cards you upload and extract the relevant text. Furthermore, the AI is used to draft personalized follow-up emails based on your contextual notes. Data processed by the AI is strictly used to return results to your device and is handled in accordance with Google's API data privacy standards.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your digital network and account information are securely hosted using Google Firebase. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential.
5. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information or your stored contacts to any third parties. Your data is only shared with trusted third-party service providers strictly for the purpose of operating the App's infrastructure, including: Google Firebase (data storage and authentication), Google Gemini AI (business card scanning and email drafting), and RevenueCat (in-app purchase management).

You retain full ownership of the networking data you save to the App. You have the right to:
